Former Scholarship Recipients

The Scholarship Committee chose a winner for the 2006 - 2007 Joseph K. Heyman Scholarship from this year's pool of applicants. The committee awards the 2006 - 2007 scholarship to Angelino Viceisza, a 3rd year Ph.D. student at Georgia State University. Angelino has a 3.83 GPA at GSU and plans a career in teaching, research and consulting. He also received a very strong faculty recommendation.

The committee also named two students as "runner-up". The runners-up would receive a free membership in the club, including lunches. The runners-up are Huubinh Lee, and undergraduate at GSU, and Harold Ruiz, and Masters student at GSU. Both these students were very strong candidates and the committee wanted to recognize them for their accomplishments.
